I left the corporate grind and founded Performance Systems & Associates, Inc., bringing together the best practices from top minds in performance and leadership development.

From partnering with Brian Tracy, becoming certified in Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits, to learning directly from behavioral science legend Tony Alessandra, I immersed myself in the best.
